God’s Ways vs. World’s Ways

Loving the things of this world, what does this mean? In 1 John 2:15, it states, “Do not love the world or anything that belongs to the world, you do not love the Father.”

When we focus on attaining the things of this world, we do lose sight of the Father. God constantly shows…tells us this….over and over again. The world today, is not what God had created for it to be. And though born and living with different life circumstances, God shows us that He holds everyone equal in His Eyes, until the Day of Judgement, where He will see who upheld His Laws of Love or not.  One prime example that Jesus Christ showed us this was while hanging on the Cross, beside 2 criminals, He assured one criminal that because of his belief and faith in God, that he will see the Kingdom of God, upon his death on the cross that he was hanging on. Jesus was doing God’s Work, preaching and showing us God’s Love and Mercy, even up until the point of His Last Breath on this earth. So what does this mean?

In God’s Eyes, it is not what we possess or achieve on this earth, that wins favor in God’s Eyes, but a complete transformation of the mind, soul, and heart. This is what it means to be “born again”. To become “born again” in faith, means it is something that is given, not something that is attained by the earthly sense. And it is only granted to those who seek steadfastly, a trait which can only be seen by the Father in Heaven.

People spend so much time investing on the outer appearances in this world; that they leave very little time to invest on what really matters, the inner self. And when we do not make the time to invest in the inner self, we pass on this very same traits to the following generations; demonstrating that the outer appearances matter more so than the inner appearance. You see, we as human beings, limit ourselves to what we can sense with the human 5 senses, as a means of confirming our self awareness and consciousness. So how is it that our rewards from God, is based on how “blessed” we are on this earth? Mother Teresa has said, “God did not call us to be successful, but to be faithful.” When we are faithful to Divinity’s Logic, we will begin to see the true value of the things of this world. And God will guide us to things which are important in fulfilling His Will of our lives to enter the Kingdom of God, and those which are not. In 1 John 2:16-17, it states, ” For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.” So according to the Holy Bible, it does state, that we are not to give in to human nature or instincts, because it is not the Father’s Will of our lives.

The Almighty God, Jehovah, Yahweh…showed us through Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that when we are grounded in Truth and Unconditional Love, that we feel the truth of God’s Existence and His Truth, with the heart that is rooted in love and truth. Jesus said, “Truth is not seen or heard; but felt.” God says, He is not of the world’s ways, but beyond them. And as time goes by, those who are faithful to His Truth and Love, will be ridiculed and persecuted for God has inspired His Children through the Holy Spirit.

We must remember that God says that His Ways are not of this world. This is why those who dedicated their life in seeking the Kingdom of God, have always stood out from the norm of society, in their ways of Nonviolence, Peace, and Love.In fact to those who do not understand God’s Unconditional Love and Mercy, will see such people as martyrs or people who suffer.God’s Children will not see themselves as such because they have the many examples of Saints, Prophets, and even Jesus Christ to show them, as evidence, what God’s Ways on this earth appear as.Ways that are “against the grain of the norm”. It is consistent and constant. God’s Ways are timeless and universal.Unconditional Love is universal and timeless, selfless in nature.
