The Legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (Unconditional Love and Nonviolence as that demonstrated by Mahatma Gandhi and their Teacher, Jesus Christ)
As a man in the modern day Nonviolence Movement, we observe the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
He admits that he learned his philosophy from his preceptor, Mahatma Gandhi; who both admit took the teachings of Jesus Christ as their code of conduct. Nonviolence…..unconditional love are all universal messages that withstand the sands of time, yet still so hard for our human nature to yield to.
In all this, God has shown me His Great Power, which is both reassuring, and bone chilling at the same time, for me. All with great reverence for God, the Father of Creation. He showed me in all this that God never forgets the tears shed by a loyal, humble heart, and the need for forgiveness, because this is what He commands of us. It was 18 years of tears, of having holidays without family, and them continuously trying to justify why they all took active part in the support of this event, so that they can hide the truth from now the new inlaws coming into the family (otherwise it will show their true nature), and the younger cousins that were too young to know what happened. God also taught me, that no matter what earthly title someone holds in your life, mother, father, uncle, aunt, cousin, friend, stranger… that evil will use ANYONE for its purpose. This is why God states that He should be first and foremost in one’s life. So that we can have the guidance of the Holy Spirit to help us discern the deception of evil. This is when God made me understand that His Ways are not of the world’s ways, but are beyond them. That our reliance in life, should be solely on Him, and He will always provide. He means business when it comes to this. At the same time, for putting God first and foremost in our lives, we will be tested and tried even harder by Satan and his demons. Because if we hold on to that unforgiveness, this only allows for Satan and his demons to grab onto souls faster. I can honestly say that I have forgiven my Uncle, though never officially hearing the words “I’m sorry” from him. As to what I think my uncle came away with in all this, well, that is up to God now, as to determining his repentance, and whether it was true in His Eyes, for what he did to me and family, on that day. Upon his last breath on this earth, his story was written in its final form, in God’s Book. Those of us still on this earth, still have another chance to make things right in God’s Eyes, as to the harm we cause one another….and the forgiveness that we share. Love and forgiveness is what God DEMANDS and COMMANDS for us to do, and this is what Jesus Christ showed us on the Cross.
God showed me that He truly does protect His Children….and that He will let those that have offended us, know that they are getting some kind of reproof or correction based on what was done in violation to you, as His Faithful Servant. He showed me that there is no expiration date on a wrong committed, so the very moment that God reveals to us the wrong we committed to another member of our fellow man, it is our responsibility to make it right, at that moment, to which God reveals it to us. If we don’t He will correct us or punish us for not listening and obeying. He also showed me that He is so holy that He does keep account of every violation committed against His Divine Laws of Love. So it is our responsibility to continuously repent, to lead to the conversion of the mind, body, and soul; to become born again in soul and spirit. With parental care, for those that carry the testimony of His Unconditional Love, He puts you under His Providence. That someone who was once comfortable in living in the ways of this world, no longer is. I was transformed in this experience, to know of the Justice God can provide; and to know that we are required to recognize the sinful human nature, and to continuously repent for our violations against His Divine Laws of Love, even until our last breaths on this earth.
I do not rejoice in any of this in what has happened in the earthly sense, but in this experience, it has become my testimony in how God is a JUST Father; yet to continuously refine ourselves, to rid ourselves of our sinful human nature, we are required to go through the trials, to break ourselves away from the world’s ways, so that the Holy Spirit can enter and refine our souls; since God says His Ways are not of the world’s, but are beyond them. Life on this earth may not be FAIR….but God requires us to be tested to see if our conversion is true. He is a Pure and Holy God, and our sinful human nature can not stand before His Pure and Holy Throne. We have to be continuous refined…continuously tested. This is my testimony of God’s great power and mercy. May all glory be His now and forever.
God is not FAIR…but He is JUST: My Testimony: Where God is Faithful to Those That are Persecuted (Part 3)
My Testimony Continued…….
The school saw that these guys were hanging around for a long time….so a warrant was issued for their arrest. My parents had dropped the order of protection and case against my uncle, in fear of my safety, though I begged them not to do so, and reassured them that I am ok…with God’s verses up above. The guys were eventually caught at the border about to cross over to the next state. I came to later find out that the husband of sister #2, whose son was staying at our house, which was told by my cousin, himself, to my father; bailed out the 3 culprits (one being my uncle’s brother-in-law; and sister #3’s son-1/4 older cousins, was the one sent from the US, with the money needed to fund this whole stunt in abroad…YES, they paid people to come after me). So in essence, not only did any of the other siblings get involved in helping me and my family out…..but they were taking an active role in it; and supporting the cause of this one uncle.
After this incident, these 6 siblings decided to break away from having any relationship WITH US so that the truth can be rewritten to protect themselves, and to justify what happened. It is always easier to put the blame on 1 family, as opposed to the 6 standing together and condoning this to occur, I suppose. They had to rewrite history, in order to hide the truth, so that their lives, with their children can move on. Whenever asked to talk things through for the past 18 years, whenever we bumped into them within the community, to mend things, the saying “no need to talk about the past”…or to “forgive and forget” were said. Who is the father of deception and lies….Satan himself; allowing for pride to get in the way of mending with full disclosure of the wrong, to the wronged party. This is why till this day, I do not hesitate to say “I’m sorry” to someone, because I know how it feels to the extreme, to be wronged.
WHAT FATHER GOD REVEALED TO ME, IN THIS TESTIMONY….
I learned at this time that it was only God that protected me from any harm, during this time in my life. He put the right people and circumstances in front of me, to provide His Protection. Not only that, He was speaking to me through Scripture. He called me out to be His Own, and that I can rely on Him during one the most traumatizing moments in my life, where all earthly logic has failed, and no one around you understands. Till this day, many can not understand how this was acceptable to be done within a family. But from that moment on, I dedicated my life to God, and in a letter I found that I wrote to my parents at that time, I kept to my promise as to keeping Jesus Christ’s commandment of “turning the other cheek”; instead of even thinking of vengeance (picture of letter seen below). Instead, I put it all in God’s Hands, for His Will to be done of my life, and dedicated myself to God.
Fast forward to about 18 years later. This same uncle who did this to me (who is the youngest of the 7 siblings), my family has come to know was about to die of cancer. My mother being the oldest, wanted to see her youngest brother. Both my father and mother practically begged everyone in the family for them to be able to come see him, in his final hours; however, everyone in the family said that he and his wife said, “no”. Then as a final attempt, my parents visited their Pastor, and begged to go see them, fully disclosing to them of the past, but having forgiven for that of them. Mind you that all of the other relatives were around to advise…both he and his wife refused, eventhough the pastor went to their home personally to go and spiritually advise them to allow for my parents to go see him. I remember praying that same night about asking God, to give me the strength to completely forgive my uncle for what happened, seeing that these may be his finally days, and that I may never get the apology that I so longed for, for 18 years; and for him to allow for my Mom to go see him. Later, I found out that same night, after the pastor had left after refusing to allow for my parents to come see him, my uncle had taken a turn for the worse, and needed to be rushed to the hospital. And with that, my uncle and his wife took it as a sign that they should reconsider. So my parents were able to go see him, and within a couple of hours later of my parents seeing him….my uncle died.
Some things that God revealed to me about my uncle’s death:
- It was EXACTLY 18 years to the day, of when my uncle did what he did to me (I wrote the letter to my parents after they had left –2/19/1997); my uncle died (2/17/2015).
- His oldest son is the EXACT SAME AGE as I was (when my uncle did all of this to me) when my uncle died.
- The following verse came to me, during the time of when I prayed the night the Pastor came over to advise my uncle and his wife to allow for my parents to see him, and he refused…Isaiah 54:17
“no weapon forged against you will prevail,
and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and this is their vindication from me, declares the Lord.”
When I attended his Wake and Funeral, I have to admit, it was pretty difficult, facing all of the pain and sorrows all at once. Some of these people I had not seen for 20 years, let alone this uncle; and a few others I have seen in later years. I decided to go because of what I remembered my spiritual mentor telling me…and that is that it is my duty to forgive, and close this chapter in my life by attending. That my uncle’s story is already written in God’s Book of Life. I realized that though my uncle passed on, and that his life before God, the Father is already set in stone, my life is not yet. So I still have the responsibility in front of God, to continue to refine my soul, through spiritually feeding it with the Holy Scripture; so that it will be fit to enter God’s Eternal Kingdom. I still have the responsibility to continue to witness God’s Holy Gospel, through which He showed us through the Life and Death of His, Jesus Christ (Yeshuay, Yeshu Christu, Yeshua). God showed me that he counts every single tear that is shed by His Faithful Servants, and does not allow any one of them unaccounted for. He showed me that despite whomever may not see value in me, that He saw value and purpose for me. Ever since this incidence, I have never felt alone. It was my responsibility to forgive my uncle, and that is what I did.
I am still trying to pray about the meaning or correlation (if there is anything) of the death of another uncle (1-2 months later), who was the one responsible for bailing out the people involved (who were caught at the state border).
Testimony Continued in Part 4…..
DEFINITION OF “FAIR”: (according to Oxford Dictionary) “Appropriate for the circumstances”.
DEFINITION OF “JUST”: (according to Oxford Dictionary) “Base on or behaving according to what is morally right”
We often associate one with the other. In the case of God the Father of Creation (Yahweh, Jehovah, Devum), He does not conform His Eternal Kingdom’s Ways to the ways of the Earth; His Creation…He is beyond them, and sees beyond what the human eyes and hears can see…hear….comprehend. Jesus Christ (Yeshu Christu, Yeshuay, Yeshua) said some quite similar in his parable of the Weeds Being Planted Amongst the Wheat Matthew 13:24-30 :
24 Jesus told them another parable: “The Kingdom of heaven is like this. A man sowed good seed in his field. 25 One night, when everyone was asleep, an enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. 26 When the plants grew and the heads of grain began to form, then the weeds showed up. 27 The man’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, it was good seed you sowed in your field where did the weeds come from?’ 28 ‘It was some enemy who did this,’ he answered. ‘Do you want us to go and pull up the weeds?’ they asked him. 29 ‘No,’ he answered, ‘because as you gather the weeds you might pull up some of the wheat along with them. 30 Let the wheat and the weeds both grow together until harvest. Then I will tell the harvest workers to pull up the weeds first, tie them in bundles and burn them, and then to gather in the wheat and put it in my barn.’”
God gives all the opportunity to change; however, He is very much aware of the Evil and its constant sabotage of His Children, while on this earth; to throw them off of the path to the Eternal Kingdom. One way that evil tries to manipulate our human nature to commit violations of God’s Divine Laws of Love, is by making fairness and justice synonymous with one another. This is how “eye for an eye” has been justified, to result in many violations in God’s Divine Laws of Love (Nonviolence, Mercy, Unconditional Love). This is also why Jesus Christ said, (Mattew 5:38-39) 38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’ 39 But now I tell you: do not take revenge on someone who wrongs you. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, let him slap your left cheek too.”
God’s Children are required to “take the higher road”, to live in accordance to the Divine Laws of Love at all costs, even if it means earthly harm. It is having an unwaivering faith in the God, the Father of Creation, (Yahweh, Jehovah, Devum) that His Ways of the Eternal Kingdom outweigh anything that this earth can offer, even when our own earthly circumstances seems dim. We see this over and over again, in the illustration of the lives of many of the Prophets found in the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible.
What my life has taught me is that life is not always fair; but even in these moments we are meant to remain faithful to the Divine Laws of Love. This requires SPIRITUAL STRENGTH that is far more greater and stronger than our own HUMAN STRENGTH. With spiritual strength we will be able to “turn the other cheek”; just as Jesus Christ’s disciples did….as they followed the instruction of the Scripture above by Jesus Christ…their….our… Guru…Master….Rabbi….to the point of an earthly death. God knows it will not be easy, but He asks us to refine ourselves, and rid ourselves of the sinful human nature that we were born with, based on the temptation and falling to sin and rebellion, by Adam and Eve.
However, for the faithfulness to God’s Divine Laws of Love, God has promised that one day all injustice will bow down to Jesus Christ, His Son…which means that Justice will be served by Him, as the Father. He has given His Son, the full Authority of the Eternal Kingdom to carry the injustices that He saw were carried out to His Children. We should be constantly be aware of the presence of the Omnipresent God, who sees everything, even the things that are kept hidden in the earthly sense. We should always be aware of the cause of Jesus Christ, which has always been to follow God’s Divine Laws of Love, to every extent…with the confidence that despite losing everything in the earthly sense, that God will provide everything, in the Eternal Kingdom. It will requires tears to be shed….but God sees and counts each one, that is shed out of fighting the sinful flesh, to uphold His Divine Laws of Love.

What will separate true Children of God(the Father of Creation, Jehovah, Yahweh, Devum), to those who are not? They are the people who God will personally choose as fit to have the Holy Spirit within them, to have Him guide such souls away from the deception of evil. Since God is in everywhere and in everything, His Presence and His Divine Laws of Love are CONSTANT. Such people will all lead lives in accordance to God’s Divine Laws of Love (Nonviolence, Unconditional Love, and Mercy), in a uniform way; the ways that Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, demonstrated through His Earthly Life. This is what Jesus Christ meant that “He is the way…”. God, at the same time tells us to not fellowship with evil and its ways; to which Divinity states that His Ways do not conform to the ways of this world (His Creation), but is beyond them. Since when does the Creator conform to the ways of His Creation?
We must remember that we must seek further and further progress in our spiritual journeys, in order to have fertile ground for the Holy Spirit to take root within our souls. We must remember evil will never show its true face. Evil knows fully well that if it did, that no one will follow it or even listen to it. Discerning the Deception….We must remember that only Divine Logic can help us discern what is of evil; not human logic. This is the vulnerability of Humanity to which evil uses to advance its agenda to keep all of God’s most prized creations out of the Eternal Paradise. While we look for discernment to guard our own souls to which God gave us as the highest priority in purpose of our lives, we must also try to guard and help those of others who are on the same path, as well.
There is a responsibility that comes along with this, however. And that is yielding to the Holy Spirit’s Guidance. There needs to be an obedience to the Spirit. If there is any sin that Jesus Christ said is unforgiveable in the Eyes of God, it is denial of the Holy Spirit. We must find the strength to yield to the discernment and the “gut feelings that are given with spiritual discernment”…because the path or options given may be beyond the logic of the circumstances. We must remember that just as He illustrated in the story of the Prophet Job, God, knows who will withstand the tests of Satan….and still remain on the Spiritual Journey to the Eternal Paradise. It may look like in your individual worlds, that you are alone. But remember, just as Job withstood…you too, must also. As Jesus Christ, Himself, was betrayed by those closest to Him…He still stood by God’s Purpose for Him and His Life…to die for Humanity in order to give it one more chance to return back to the Father of Creation and His Eternal Paradise. To become that sacrifice, on the behalf of Humanity, in order to become (as my spiritual mentor has stated) the Shock Absorber for the sins of Humanity, and to provide the veil of protection (to all those that saw Him for Whom He truly was) through His Blood. He became the Lamb that was slaughtered, so that we can apply this Blood Covering to protect us from an eternity of damnation.
We must fully trust in God, (Father of Creation, Jehovah, Yahweh, Devum). I have to remind myself of this very thing, at times. We must remember that God is always in control. Believing in an Unseen Force takes a lot more strength and intelligence, than an average person that relies on human logic, which is restricted by the parameters of this world, and by what it can sense with the 5 human senses, that can easily be manipulated by evil. We must remember God sees the heart and soul that is deep within a person, and judges accordingly.
To have the fertile ground that is worthy enough for the Holy Spirit to take root, a soul must be well versed in the Divine Laws of Love. Plain and simple. It is humble and gentle. It is always aware of the Presence of the Omnipresent Father of Creation. It is a repentant soul that is fully aware of a God who sees all; and devoid of any pride in admitting a wrong in front of Him. It has no value for the things that are considered of great worldly value, but has great value for what God deems as valuable in His Eternal Kingdom. There is nothing of the self….but is always selfless in nature. Yet, it will have a soul that will always be vigilant for any violations of God’s Divine Laws of Love. Discern the Deception…
The Holy Spirit nudges such souls to keep on the path to the Eternal Kingdom. It convicts such souls to keep moving forward on their paths to the Divine Laws of Love…despite what evil tries to deceive and accuse them of as to their “volations”God’s Laws of Divine Love. Such souls are never appreciated during their time….because those who are of the world, can not comprehend the divine logic to which such a soul represented. Isn’t this what happened to Jesus Christ? It was the religious elite of His Time that condemned Him….those who were grounded by the worldly ways to which God, the Father of Creation has said that His Ways are beyond them. This is what was meant when said, “Truth is not seen or heard, but FELT.” Jesus Christ did not come here to establish a religion, but a way of life, to which was to demonstrate what was acceptable in the Eyes of God, in order to enter the Eternal Paradise and priesthood, to which He has promised to Humanity. This eternal paradise is not what we can establish for ourselves, but only by Divinity, alone. This is because of what the serpent introduced into the Garden of Eden, and into the hearts of Mankind…sin. Through this, all of Humanity at that point forward, were born as sinners, and it was not in our direct nature to follow the Divine Laws of Love. This is why God, (the Father of Creation, Yahweh, Jehovah, Devum) stated that “once we become broken vessels” that there will be fertile ground for the Holy Spirit to have a chance in taking root, if the individual chooses out of their own freewill to do so. It is through earthly trials that we break ourselves more and more away from the ways of this world; and have a piece of knowledge of God and His Eternal Kingdom, embedded within ourselves. It requires many trials, or trips to the Refiner’s Fire, for one to gain more knowledge of the Eternal Kingdom, and to become more convicted to the Unconditional Love that God (the Father of Creation, Devum, Jehovah, Yahweh) demonstrated through Jesus Christ (Yeshua, Yeshuay, Yeshu Christu) on the Cross, at Calvary. Discern the Deception..
It is through selfless acts. or a life that is for others to show God’s Uncondiitonal Love, that we gain entrance into the Eternal Kingdom; and develop a fertile ground for the Holy Spirit to take root within our souls. There is nothing of the self when it comes to God’s Divine Laws of Love. This is what Jesus Christ demonstrated on the Cross, on Calvary. Though being the Son of God, and a Member of the Most High Court in the Eternal Kingdom..having all of the ability and power to pass judgement on those that He came across or even having the ability to strike down anyone that came in His Ways…He did not do so. Instead, He upheld what He preached for others to do, and “turn the other cheek”. This is what the Holy Spirit does….it inspires a soul to uphold God’s Divine Laws of Love, at all earthly costs.
Jesus Christ has shown us the importance of spiritually feeding our souls. It is through this spiritual nourishment, that a soul will be able to uphold what is right and wrong; and for a soul to know what is right and wrong in the ways of the Eternal Kingdom. Jesus Christ also showed the power of God’s Unconditional Love. God (the Father of Creation, Jehovah, Yahweh, Devum) went to the extent of bringing Jesus to the earth, to save Mankind; to show that He understands all of the things that Mankind faces by evil, by allowing for His Son to go through the same trials, struggles, and ways of life. Jesus Christ also showed that He too, was not exempt of what we had to go through on this earth, but showed how to conquer evil in those very same situations. The human heart is vulnerable to sin…..our flesh is weak…..but through the Holy Spirit, God will be able to provide the strength to overcome and become His Instruments in His Divine Laws of Love (ways of Nonviolence, Unconditional Love, and Mercy), and to Discern the Deception.
This very verse is stated in so many ways, and words by Jesus Christ. These are such powerful words, and often are overlooked by many who profess Love and Peace, as their philosophy. Those who have truly come to adopt Love and Peace, as their ways of life, will understand what God meant, when Jesus Christ ministered these very words to those He encountered. He also demonstrated this through His Own Earthly Life, as the Son of God.
God does say that He is not of the world’s ways, but beyond them. He does not define Himself, by what His Creations determine as being “good” or “bad”. He, as the Creator, determines the parameters and the definition of what is “good” and “bad”. And those who are in tune with the Father of Creation, will also be guided to His definitions of what is good and bad. Just look at how a child is so confident in knowing what is right and wrong. Things are black and white to them. As the days go by, I sincerely believe that this is how we, as Man, were originally created to be…to know of what is right and wrong. The “gray” area was created by Evil. Evil’s biggest tools are confusion and chaos. God, as the Creator, always provides confidence and certainty. And this is what children display in their knowledge of knowing what is right and wrong. Has the world evolved to such a state, where we, as Man, are now confused, as to what is “right” and “wrong”, according to what God created for this world to be? As seen and described from the times of Adam & Eve, before Satan brought sin to the Garden of Eden, our world was created so that there was a Utopia, and perfect harmony. The world today evolved to its present state….why? Disharmony was introduced into Eden, upon sin being introduced…is the disharmony today, an extension of the 7 mortal sins of greed, gluttony, lust, pride, sloth, envy, and wrath ? Only God can tell us this, when the His Time comes to rule again on this earth. But God, as the Father of Creation; and Jesus Christ, as His Son, make it very clear that this world’s ways are not of the ways of Divinity…Let’s see how this is demonstrated…..
Let us begin with the Life Example, that the Father of Creation, has demonstrated through His Son, Jesus Christ. As the King of all Kings, and being one of the key members of the Most High Court, Jesus Christ did not live as an earthly king, while roaming the earth. In fact this is how He lived:
1. He was immaculately conceived to an unwed mother. Recent findings say, that Mary was even as young as 12 years old, at the time of conception of the Holy Spirit.
2. He was adopted by Joseph, who became Jesus’ earthly father. Joseph understood Mary’s Mission and his, by taking on such a role.
3. Jesus Christ was not born in a hospital, or in the home of his mother by nursemaids. Because word of the “King of Kings” birth was spreading like wildfire, He was being hunted to be killed. As a result, Joseph and Mary had to flee, and during their journey, Mary had to give birth to Jesus Christ in a barn, where He laid in a Manger, where cows ate their slop and food.
4. He lived humbly learning the trade of His adoptive father, Joseph, carpentry. He did not have a palace…or wear silks. He lived a humble life of the cloth that his mother spun for Him.
5. He roamed from town to town, to share God’s Gospel. He was the Shepard of God’s Lost Children. God, as His Father, guided Him, and always provided SUFFICIENT amounts of thing, in order to live from day to day.
6. He died the death sentence of a criminal. He did not die in what would be considered noble or royal.
7. And even when His Earthly Body was laid to rest, it was not in a royal ceremony; or mausoleum; but in a tomb made of stone.
God went to this extent, to demonstrate through the life and death of His Son, how much earthly definition and parameters did not mean anything to Him, who sits in Heaven. In fact the worldly parameters are not needed to live a life that is pleasing to God, the Father. God has even said, through the teaching of Jesus Christ, that it is not only enough to follow the commandments that have been laid out. We must believe in them so much, as to live it, from day to day. That those that encounter a believer in God’s Love, will feel it so much, as to want to change from their old ways, to those ways that are pleasing to God. Jesus has said this very thing to the rich man that asked him this very thing. Jesus said, “Give up your riches, and follow me.” What did Jesus mean by this? He meant, that God is first in all. And if you believe that God is first, you will believe that He will always provide in sufficient amounts, just as He did for Jesus Christ. Because according the world He first created for Mankind, in the Garden of Eden, we did not need money or power. Man and nature lived in harmony with one another.
